How do we request services?We have two main ways our clients can request our services. 1. At the Home page, click on "Start Claim Asignment" and complete all requested information. 2. For our new insurance carriers, at the Home page, click on "Assign your first claim." We will reach out to you after your submission to create a profile tailered to your needs. How long is the turn around time?Once we recieve a claim, our portal will automatically assign the closest appraiser for inspection. The appraiser will contact the client within 24 hours, scheduale a time and date for inspection. After inspection if no further information is needed, we will deliver your appraisal within 24-48 hours after inspection. We also offer RUSH solutions, REMOTE location solution, and PHOTO & VIDEO Solutions. Contact us for more details at info@explicitclaims.com.

What are other ways EVA assesses damages besides inspections?Other than a physical inspection. EVA offers a MOBILE solution. This allows us to conduct an estimate without a physical inspection. See our Services page for more details.
